Building products where the stakes are real.

Product at Meta. Before that I built and led engineering teams at Fanatics and Penn Interactive, where we took Barstool Sportsbook from a single engineer to a 300-person engineering team.

tracon in a terminal watching a made-up run of seven Claude Code agents: one blocked on a permission prompt, one idle, one the judge marks as stuck and one as drifting; below, the stuck agent’s feed of failed retries

tracon

Run six Claude Code agents in parallel and one is usually stuck where you can’t see it: waiting on a permission prompt, retrying the same failing command, or restyling pages its brief said to leave alone. tracon shows every agent on one screen, like a controller watching every plane on one scope, and flags the ones in trouble, including two agents editing the same file before you merge. Read-only, local, no setup.

Career

Before Meta I worked in sports betting and prediction markets, where software moves real money under a regulator’s eye. My job went from writing the code, to building the teams that write it, to deciding what gets built.

Will ‘Coders’ Exist in Five Years?

I don’t believe ‘coder’ exists as a profession in five years. The industry is shifting from coders to builders — and adapting takes curiosity, not a bootcamp.
